In my experience, it is important to get a good grounding in the subject so that you do not pick up bad habits early on and have a good idea of what can be achieved with your language (python). Ideally, the next step would be to get a job using python. Languages are meant to be used and it is the same with computer languages. If you can't can't get a job using python, define a project and publish your work so that others can use it and provide feedback (Github/ Code Playground). TLDR. Learn how to use python and then use it. Usage is much more important than endlessly memorizing how something could be used.
