I am going with C
It is simple and it is fast.

Its because of it not being an oop language.
The code is fast and I believe it is closer to the machine language and take less memory.
That is what I got from reading about some rover programmed with C, was sent to space.
That is why I chose C.

What do you think and why.

Compared to performance and code sharing why would you use c and not c++ or java

C is not object oriented which means you have to rewrite code many times if you want to repeat a process many times. C++, C# and Python are object oriented which means that you code a process once and simply call the process all the times you want instead of writing the code for the process over and over.

It will depend a lot on the programmer and what is it that you want to develop. Languages are tools. Which one is more productive: the man, a hammer or a screwdriver? This question makes no sense, right? Just like yours.
Edit: I'm not trying to be offensive or aggressive, I'm just trying to point out that you're looking for an answer with the wrong question.

What production do you want to achieve?

In production, Python by far. Code in Python is at least half as short as those languages.
