The best way

I think this is the best way for follow. C, C#, C++, Java, HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery, Android XML and Java, Ruby... What do you think about it?

Don't agree with you about children. That is somewhat true for C family, but HTML is not related to that. CSS and JS cannot be considered as children of HTML, they are more likely to be "friends"

the best way for what? it depends on what you want to do. a web developer doesn't necessarily need to know about C languages, but should know php and mySQL. Android developers focus on java. game developers probably need C#.

If you get the Android XML is similar to the HTML, they did a mixture of two languages, Java and HTML, detail, the sintax of JS is similar to the Java but they are different one another.
