C++ on Computer | Runtime Environment

Question

Is there any C++ Runtime environment for PCavailable in the market? I saw that, for Java we can download J.R.E. to make programs is there anything same for C++?
If there, please tell me. If not please tell me the alternatives.

If you are asking for an IDE then Dev c++ works fine for c++

If your windows user, you can install cygwin or mingw, and set the C++ environment directory in the root of the cygwin or mingw root.
