How do I get more XP without participating in challenges?

I have lots of codes, lots of comments, lots of likes, yet my xp was negative (only being saved by a badge)

if you check leaderboards, I'm barely getting away with +32xp this month. meanwhile, others are getting thousands of xp. I've done everything I could except challenges and courses, and I'm losing xp.

I don't play challenges. I'm bad at them. To me it seems like the only way to earn decent xp... So despite all my work, it's not valued by the xp.

Try learning all 12 languages answer questions and get best answer marks, someone earned more XP without challenges. Good luck =)

there is actually another way to gain XP, except courses'n'challenges? maybe getting badges is another chance. but posting won't give you any XP, right?

I got it! When you post new codes in your portfolio, your XP will drastically increase. Wow, I answered my own question after some days.

why care about xp that much? I mean it's cool as a way of making it like a game, and adding motivation, but theres no real benifit from having lots of xp is there?
