All languages uses Bitwise Operators.

In Pascal the left and right shift operators are "shl" and "shr", respectively
x := y shl 2;
What in other language is:
x = y << 2;

Almost every language. C, Javascript, PHP, etc. Bitwise operation is a very basic feature
