I am Trying To Learn These Languages On Solo Learn And It Has Been Really Good Experience So Far!! But I want To Build Something Say Website To Practice my Skills!! How Can I Get Started?!

Build some basic web components using html/css like buttons, menus, tabs, slider, image holders, thumbnails, forms/input, popup, sidebar, footer, css animation/transition..etc

Many attractive web components can be built from html/css without running js.

your could still learn php
but if you want to simply build a website, there are plenty free hoster :)
otherwise if you want to have almost a real server you can try using xampp that's a virtual server :)
