Is it better to learn multiple languages at the same time or one language at a time?

Multiple. knowledge is power. Plus learning multiples at once allows you to see how different many languages are, yet similar in many ways at the same time. With sufficient knowledge you can build whatever you desire.

Personally speaking if you're a beginner than it will be very hard to grasp the structure or command of the language at once. You may get confuse and use the syntax of one language in another. So learning a language at a time will be easy.

But if you want to, you can always give a try. Who knows if you can learn multiple language at once. :)
