Chellenge, how many xp loose on challange

I have challange, 9 point for winner, I loose (4:3) it and have - 21 point!!! Coud I understand the maximum I can loose befor the challange?

You'll lose 'Winner gets' XP - 32 XP.

Hm, and if challange 'winner gets' 3xp - looser will have - 29 xp if lost, but if 'winner gets' 26 xp - looser will have - 6xp. So on, understand, thanks Tashi N, a lot, useful info.
