It is about Java naming conventions.

Java uses CamelCase syntax for naming the class, interface, method and variable.

CamelCase is a naming convention in which a name is formed of multiple words that are joined together as a single word with the first letter of each of the multiple words capitalized so that each word that makes up the name can easily be read.

There are two types of CamelCase
- UpperCamelCase, the first letter of the new word is upper case.
- lowerCamelCase, first letter of the first name is lower case.

In java, the UpperCamelCase is used for class and interface, whereas the lowerCamelCase is for method and variable.

But this is not forced to follow as it is just convention not rule.
