what is the difference between languages, for app, for web app, for design, for game, for robotics? why not possiblu use one

Many multipurpose languages do exist e.g java..python ...cpp....but if there was only one language it would be so difficult to learn at first place...then it would be slow And and and Boring for us programmers😅😉

java for android
swift for ios
python for games and AI
c++ is the most used one espacially for nearly everything

You are right...but see if someone wants to go for web designing he will have to learn whole language(if we say that exist)or vice versa it would be so difficult for them

But in this case web developers can simply learn html css js....they dont have to deal with other stuff and do their job

Try out C then. A lot of things can be done in it. Servers, web browsers(clients), games, designing software, robotics and much more.
