Anyone noticed the following problem?

Sometimes even if I select absolutely correct option (during a challenge), still it says that the answer is WRONG! Anyone else experienced?

How do you know it is 100% right tho?
If you are sure, there is a button at the top right of the question where you can report it.

You know you can check the answers after the challenge and report it if you think it's wrong?

I know the answer is 100% correct 'coz I KNOW the answer!
And NO there is no such option as I'm telling about the 'challenges', not the 'tests in the lesson'.

Yup! I know, but I made a post so that I can examine if anyone else has faced this.

Exactly I don't remember, it was a normal question of HTML5. Moreover, this has happened with me 2-3 times or more.
And you would be surprised to know in a challenge, a few minutes ago, after answering the 5th question, it showed me 'Round 7' !!
It has some kinda bug, imo.
