There's no shortcut on learning.

If you are trying to learn something as fast as possible, you are going to fail. Programming is not different from that since you need even more attention to memorize stuff and completely learn. The best and only way is praticing and praticing, until you make sure to be able to say "I learned it". Self learning is harder of course, but if you belive yourself and be determined first of all, then you'll be much more powerful. Don't be lazy, don't mislead yourself. You have the tool, you just have to use it.
