use pycharm from

this is the best python editor.
for free version; use Community edition.

sublime is really good but you beed to configure it properly to work in window and if you dont want to do that simple use notepad++

there are many different tools that are good. personally, I like sublime.

I've tried many of them and it turns out that VS Code is by far the best.
