What can I do with PHP for Web Development and anything else? also another question how can I create a simple background image on my website like how can I convert an image to CSS coding link to make an image on my website?

PHP is a open source, interpreted and object-oriented scripting language i.e. executed at server side. It is used to develop web applications (an application i.e. executed at server side and generates dynamic page).

if you want to design your web, CSS is better than PHP.
