Ideas on Console RPG please?

This is my console RPG. It's unfinished. Can anyone give me suggestions of what to put in there? My mind's blank.

@HaxterHuz: I would open a word document and try to write everything you can think(want) a player to be able to do and how the game will work in general first before trying to code anything. Try to think of everything from picking up items to how damage will be calculated in battle. It will really help when it comes time to code as you will have a clear path ahead of you.
