Does it always happwn with me or with you also?

Whenever I am very close to complete a level , a new badge unlocks. I have really no idea how did it happen - is it a co-incidence or natural? And when I am not lucky like today because of losing lots of challenges and having the days XP in - 60 something A new badge once again unlocks.

From lvl 12-13: I can't exactly remember but one of them has helped me
