What are the miscellaneous file names that a browser opens automatically when we open a directory from inside the browser?

Question

For example when we open a directory from inside the browser, the index.html or index.php file ( if any ) automatically opens.

header.html or header.php file (if any ) is also embedded into the index file.

So my question is are there any other filenames that a browser will it embedded with the index file?

Note - html files will be opened embedded with html files and PHP with PHP files but with only with miscellaneous and not others unless and until they are linked in the code

it's the foundation of the webpage where the directory is stored if I remember correctly. Nothing to worry about.

i open many directories but my browser never opens automatically.

i think its a virus.
