How should i remember every code?😭

I have logged in back after a long time. I gotta forget everything 😭 oh shit! why my brains memory card storage is so low?
guys? what you do for remembering every code?

You shouldn't try to remember the code. Remember the logic behind it!

Make comments on your codes so that if you go back to it, you will understand it again. And use obvious variable names too.(:
