But Dreamweaver isnt for free. If you start learning programming use something like notepad++ before you start purchasing programs.

you better use DreamWeaver or NotePad++ but i suggest you use DreamWeaver

no as Microsoft word adds formatting information to any files made using it. notepad or notepad++ would be better alternatives plus there free

Don't use ms word, it's not pure text editor.

it's possible but to ban Microsoft add a lot of attributs in tags it's an horror to read code you don't manage your display use a text editor like npp, geany and code your own html & CSS
