Ive learned HTML and CSS along with a bit of javascript but i want to learn more programming rather than web development

C# or Java maybe, although all lenguages shown here are widely used, each for a special purpose. You should think what do you want to do first and then the best lenguage for it

Explore JavaScript. There are frameworks and libraries that will help you (Angular, Ember, Meteor, Node, React, Vue...)

In my opinion you should decide that.
Sololearn teaches only the basics of each of the languages.
I think it is possible, in a reasonable amount of time for you to skim over each one of the languages
and get a taste of the one that you may progress rapidly.
