HTML for mobiles.

Question

I made a very simple web page
on a smartphone and opened it with chrome there. It shows the page as it is on a tablet, laptop or PC-screen. The letters are very small on a mobile, hence not readable . Is there any option for HTML to adapt its appearance to smartphone screens?

And for better fitting in all devices put width of objects in % and height in px ( most apps and website use this )
