I want a solution on a frameset tag

Solution is to use <iframe>s elements instead of deprecated <frameset> <frame>s in Html5, because only other (bad) way is to declare a doctype specific for Html4 frameset model:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Frameset//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/frameset.dtd">
... instead the Html5 one: ugly and out of date :P
