way of coding is same but accessing is different for different software..
like when we code in Linux...n other software its different then each other..so as though we know coding but due to we use different software.. n actually we don't know the software which is right to use..so how can we...access it n which is software that can be used professionally for software development..

c++ is same in any os unless you are using correct header file.
iostream ---- any os
Windows.h ----- only for Windows
