How to open an imge from a local file on a different pc/smartphone?

Question

I've wrote some codes for my webpage on my pc. On it I linked an image from one of my photos in my pc (file). But when I copied the same code into my smartphone using the sandbox in this app, those images won't show. How can I make those images appear in other browsers besides the one on my pc (I opened it with a file on chrome)? The webpage isn't in a web hosting yet as I haven't completed the webpage. Hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say.

you cant do that and have others use it. only you will be able to have it work. Just include the file location as the link

Thanks Jay. One more question. Same as the situation that I just described, how do you do it with pages then. Like when you link it to a different page on your website but that file is also on my pc? Let's say my about page?
