Does it make sense to learn AngularJS without learning javaScript first?

everywhere there is a writings that Angular is best, Node is best. suddenly a point came to my mind, why do need learn a core Javascript and waste much effort and time, when there is a frameworks such as Angular or Node or so on are best way to code. please share your opinions. cause I am new in coding, thats why all you say will be valuable for me.

Using frameworks is kind of considered as advanced.
In order to not struggle and properly use it, you need to have a good grasp of how JavaScript works.

If you don't understand basic of Javascript, you can't do well in Javascript framework.

Must learn to walk, before can run. Isn't it? :)

what is a sense of learning JS then, if you in anyway have to write your codes in AngularJs or NodeJs?
