How do i add interactivity to my Website?

For a long time i have been searching for JavaScript courses but all i have learned is the basics of programming like loops, conditionals, functions etc... but no one teaches you really how to start makimg your page interactive

Be patient. All of these will help you Don't worry. Just complete the course (of Sololearn) and you will understand. I think you will find what you need in the last module (DOM..). Finally when you complete and understand the course well, it's better to learb JQuery to make the work easier.
