Is app using trend is getting over website usage??

We can observe that apps are getting better due to their low data usage and low consumption of ram than that of consumed by chrome while browsing.And they are also more responsive and fluid.Can anyone tell me some tools that can be used to get responsivess and less ram usage fast loading time. Or should we totally shift to app development for better IT

For SL, since its functionalities are more optimized for the app, people would generally prefer using the app instead of the desktop site. That said, I still prefer typing codes on desktop site C.Playground. Taking Discord as another example, the desktop site is more fluid (at least for me) compared to the mobile app. It thoroughly depends on how the application was built, and there is no one way to return (app > website) ? true : false;
