Hi @Mohammed, surely Play Store is the easiest way to make popular your applications, but why you don't try with something of different?

Aptoide could be your choice if you want to publish your application for free, in a great community (100M users, smaller than Google Play Store, but not bad) and with the possibility of monetization!

If you earn money with your app from the Aptoide's monetization, then you can publish your app to Google Play Store as well. ^^

Good question.
If you have really good confidence on your application then you can go forward and pay the money. Some investments are always necessary in the process of making money. One of my friends is a good coder and he opened an account on Google play store. He uploaded 2 applications and they're doing good.
As a beginner you need to have complete knowledge of everything. You also should know how to advertise your application. There will be lot to do. You better take experts advice. Quora is a great source for that.

you need to create an devloper console account to post your apps on play store.
it require 25$ to create an devlopper account. but i suggest you to use other app markets which is free like apptoid, apkpure ,play mob org. and when you will become an expert you can create an Google play devlopper account and amazon appstore account.
