Which tool should i use to develop Android applications?

i m confused of searching on Google about Android applications development toolkits. anyone of you please give me advice that which toolkit should i use to develop Android applications using java.

Turn yourself on Android studio... Google doesn't anymore release plugins for Android programming on eclipse... If it's possible for u to use another language, there are some other tools...
