Frameworks are not magical: they require time investisment to learn them in addition to language learning and this can be consider also as a waste of time ^^ They can be useful in some context, but pure programmers are required to develop and/or update/upgrade some frameworks/libraries :P Reiventing the wheel can be too good for practice and knowlenge, and if you don't want to do so "each time", then write it once, and reuse it as your own framework/library ;P

@James: I don't think so... I doesn't understand your answer by same way of mine: I'm not fan of frameworks, and doesn't consider that pure programming is a "waste of time and waste of mind", and your answer sounds like approving this point of view previously exposed by @Besmellah Mandegar143...
Maybe I've not good exposed my thinking, and/or I've misunderstood yours?

Thanks James. But acording to experience working with frameworks is more trustable with good performances but if we use pure programming it can be waste of time waste of badget and waste of mind as we can do it easily with frameworks.
