I didn't get ideas for styling my page.

I am good in writing I can write about anything but I can't design my page how can I improve my designing ?

Look at W3C CSS pages for ideas and try to copy the layouts of website pages you like.

I'm learning that these days, but what will be the use if I didn't know where to apply that. But I respect your point.
