you need to find a hosting service. there are several how-to articles that detail the entire process as well. would recommend checking said articles out.

HTML FILE:
google drive (15GB free) and Mega (50GB free) are good options.

Maruf , you need a pc as much as possible if you want to use your html and put it up as a webpage.
