If I made a code for a website on Notepad++, how then to publish it on Google, Firefox, and other search engines?

1. Firefox is not a search engine,
2. Maybe you refer to make your webpage visible for everybody. For this you have to get a server, or make it in your computer (with apache for ex.), and forward ports to be accesible everywhere typing your public ip in the browser.
3. To get a name for your page, instead of having a public ip with numbers, you have to buy a public domain.
4. If you want to see your page in your browser, save the code in a .html file and open it with any browser.
