There is an update on privacy policy witch I did not read it, does anyone know what is. changed?

@Caleb Because the minimum age to make a Google account is 13 ( In most countries it's 16 but in some like India it's 13 ) . You most likely have a fake account by your age . Since anyone can post anything here , an age under 13 isn't considered mature enough to see low explicitness .
