my current resources are freecodecamp, w3school and here. but I still run into all lot of issues I still have problems understanding.

I'm just starting with programming so I figure websites would be the easy thing to go for right now but I'm struggling with css. I've finished the case course on here and freecodecamp but I still struggle with the layout of a webpage.
