What happens when we update a course in SoloLearn?

I have saved offline a few of the courses that I have completed. Frequently, there comes an option to update that course. But after updating, I have no idea what all has changed within the course and if there is something that I must go through again. The course still stays completed. If nothing has changes, then what's the point of wasting my data by updating a specific course?

Certain content/terms in the course would either be edited/improved, or rephrased. These course-independent updates are usually minor and does not deviate much from the previous versions.
