for making android apps, you'll want to learn java.
python can do it, but not very well. weirdly enough, this is the fourth time tonight it was asked if python is good for android.

for websites, you should strictly only know HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. for the back end you can use alot of things, like python (flask), java, php, or even JavaScript with frameworks.

if you learn JavaScript, it may be possible to make your website an "app" that uses a framework to get it to run on mobile.
