How to install libGDX in my windows?

Brother, let me tell you a different solution that I use..... I assume you have an Android device. AIDE: IDE for Android, java, c,c++, (offline compiler also). Pros: It has courses for each and works as a good "Mini-Eclipse", make and run apps on same device(I super-HATE emulators). Has decent amount of controls, like autoComplete, auto import,error correction, documentation for everything,multiple classes, automatic libraries adding,blah blah blah......... I got game development (LibGDX) tutorials offline and I think it's build-compile-run cycle is faster than anything else. Cons: Advanced features are not free, like multiple classes, tutorials, offline documentation, etc...
