I think HTML will be better to understand...quickly

I think you should start with C++ or Java, C++ good to understand the basic programming logic, and java good to understand what is OOP (Object Oriented Programming).

I don't know much about the other codes. I'm doing C# and it's a really great language for beginners, at least for me!
