Bob. (edit I guess Bobs implies a genitive Bob's) but what's the father's name?

@Irwin actually I could be wrong: I edited my answer. The mistake is a grammar typo in the question (Bobs father instead of Bob's father).

@Irwin You wrote "Bobs father" Grammatically speaking could be interptetded as "a father named Bobs" but definitely NOT "the father of Bob" for which you should have typed "Bob's father"
