Hey people, i would like to ask about one idea that i have. I want to make a web app that people can play it one vs. one. It is a quiz game and i have some good ideas. My question is, is it possible to be done with, HTML and PHP. I am currently learning more languages and i am kinda new to coding.

css only for style

Yes but I'd also suggest JavaScript (& SQL [& CSS]).....
