SQL is a course on SL. You'll want to use something like PHP (also on SL) or equiv to handle communication between your website and the server database.

client side and server side two types their.. client side is known as front end like html, css etc. server side are back end in this we use Sql and other languages so before start coding, please get knowledge on client side vs server side. it's very helpful..
