You're right @Caleb, it would be nice to have a course that covers app development in detail at SoloLearn, but in the meantime they are offering excellent courses for you to learn the basics of the programming languages you'll need to learn to develop an app. For instance, Java to develop Android apps and Swift to develop iOS apps.
SoloLearn gives you the building blocks. But I strongly recommend you to try the Codemurai app, they have 2 courses available for free, one for Android and another one for iOS app dev ☺

You've come to the right place! Dave, our friendly neighborhood app trainer, isn't in right now, but he should be back around at 3AM around this time next year if you want to speak to him. In the meantime, I'd take a look at the courses and do them.
You read C++ back in March. What have you been doing since then? If you consistently used C++ and furthered your knowledge of it since March, then I'm uncertain of why you're asking such a question? Maybe C++ wasn't your thing, I get it. Java is useful for phone and PC apps, so I'd knock that out and practice what you've learned consistently.
