Wanna know about Mobile App Development

I have a dream of developing a mobile application my self, I just start learning HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT. what should I learn next to develop a Mobile Application

I think you could develope IOS(Swift) or Android(Java, XML) but you can also develope PhoneGap(HTML, Case, Js) you have the choice.

it depends what you want to make it with. I recommend c# so you can use unity as and engine which is really good for phone games

You can combine JavaScript:
Angular + Ionic or Nativescript or
React Native or
Vue + Onsen

Or you can learn Android & iOS.
