I seen www.javadecompiler.com website and they give Java file from a given class file , how do they do it.

i don't know your link but this app "jd-gui" really decompiles java .class files .......
i have used it myself.......here's the download link:-

no its not a breach of security as softwares which r made for commercial purpose are often obfuscated making it difficult to change it.
