Im learning JavaScript and im trying to make a game is this tutorial enogh if not tell me where i can learn that (windows games)

Yes and no. SoloLearn tutorials teach the basics. You must start with the basics, so you should start with SoloLearn or a similar app. Once you know the basics, you can make a simple game, but nothing major. Your first game could be a text-based adventure, perhaps an idle clicker, hangman, knots and crosses. By making some simple games you will gradually gain the experience you need to code more complex games. JavaScript was my first real language and this is mostly how I learned--by coding simple stuff and Googling my problems to learn new stuff.
