The use of the languages and how to combine me.

Question

it has always been my dream to learn about programming but my I have the problem of not knowing what the each language is for. and since I actually lack cash for some materials, I just have to do things at a low-key level.
I'd be glad if someone can explain the use of all the languages and how each relates to another to me.
I'm only on python and html for now.

HTML: Structures of a web page
CSS: Whole designing of the web page
JavaScript: Programming client-side of web page. (almost any dynamic thing happens on a browser)
PHP:Server-side Programming of a web site.
When it goes to the other languages it's hard to define them like that because they're used for many many different jobs.
Java is famous with android but has infinite uses even on servers.
C# mostly windows programs.
python is famous with big data processes but still larg variety of uses including server-side coding.
C++ not really sure about the most famous function.
