Hello, I'm new to php. I've developed a small php project "online feedback system" using xamp server. How can I launch it online free.?

You need to google for a "free hosting website" that can handle Php.

You sign up, and then you upload your website and your php project over there.

You will usually get a level 2 domain name, and everyone will be able to access the site from there.
