i will prefer you to start learning to write algorithm and draw flowchart for program first..
it will give you a good habit of writing flow sequence of any problem..
and then if your at initial stage of programming then go through basic language like C and C++
remember most of language used by s/w developers are object oriented programming languages so you must clear your OOPS concepts too..
anything else
more you type and write more you will understand and learn it by yourself

he must began with c++ then determinate which he love it or he liked it

the major important thing is Patience

for example you began learn c++ after 2 month you give up and say i am failed no you must study for long period then you become programmer (do not give up)
